Summer Nationals Preparation Camp

This 2 weeks camp is designed to provide the best possible preparation for fencers competing in Summer National Championship and July North America Cup.  Athletes will experience intensive immersion in fencing, honing specific techniques, strategies and tactics, in numerous bouts and tournaments and engaging in mental training for success. The entire camp is conducted to ensure that fencers reach peak readiness in time for the most important competition of the year.

Coaches will work with each participant individually to improve their fencing skills and provide constructive feedback on technique and on-strip strategies to help athletes adjust their game during fencing bouts. Each athlete will be challenged to think critically and develop approaches and methods to improve their own fencing performance and empower themselves in competition and their training afterwards.
